I didn't get a sign-in code
Check spam and promotions for an email from Jijil (login@jijil.app). Codes last 15 minutes, and you can ask for a new one after a minute.
How do I add someone?
Go to Circle and type their exact username. They'll see your request; once they accept, you can jijil each other. Nobody can browse or search for people.
Someone's being mean
In your thread with them, tap the … menu and choose Block or Report, or swipe their name in Circle. Blocking hides you from each other, and they aren't told. We review every report.
Delete my account
In the app: Me → Delete account. Everything goes immediately. Can't get in? Email us from your sign-in address.
What's a reaction performance?
When you open a Jijil, you pick a reaction (outrage, tears or love) and drag to make it bigger or calmer over time. The sender gets to replay exactly how you performed it.
